겉보기엔 ‘젠틀한 근육남’ 콘셉트로 살고 있는 노아.

하지만 현실은…

• 감자가 그네를 타고 있으면, 한 번 밀어주는 순간 하늘 위로 공중부양 ✈️
• 행주를 짜면 물방울은 증발이 아니라, 노아 셔츠로 주르륵 🌊
• 컵라면을 후후 불면 면발이 젓가락에서 후두둑 떨어져 바닥이 먼저 배부른다 🍜
• 화가 나면 카리스마 대신 말이 꼬여서 더듬더듬 🤯

영화관에서는 슬픈 장면이나 동물이 죽거나 위험에 빠지면,
옆 사람을 의식하지 않고 울어버린다.
“안 돼… 죽으면 안 돼… 흐흑…”

성인이 된 이후, 감자는 눈물이 나도 다른 사람들의 시선을 의식하며 꾹 참는데,
자신의 감정을 숨기지 않고 솔직하게 드러내는 노아가 부럽다.

문지방에 발을 부딪히고 진심으로 화를 내는 모습조차,
그 솔직함과 착함 덕분에 감자는 오히려 생각한다.
‘노아가 나보다 훨씬 더 어른이구나.’
군더더기 없는 그 감정이 더 단단해 보이니까.

감자는 그 어설픔이 좋다.

왜냐면 감자는 안다.
그 허당스러운 모습 뒤에 얼마나 다정하고 따뜻한 ‘진짜 노아’가 있는지.

결국 감자는 오늘도 물범처럼 웃는 노아에게
또 한 번 반하고 만다.
(그리고 몰래 키친타올을 챙긴다.)

On the outside, Noah lives with the image of a “gentle strong man.”

But in reality…

• When Potato is on a swing, one push from Noah sends her levitating in the air ✈️
• When he wrings out a dishcloth, the water doesn’t vanish — it runs straight down his shirt 🌊
• When he blows on cup noodles, the noodles slip off the chopsticks and the floor gets full first 🍜
• When he’s angry, charisma fades and his words turn into a stuttering mess 🤯

At the movies, whenever a sad scene comes up —
when an animal dies or is in danger —
Noah cries without hesitation, ignoring whoever is next to him.
“No… don’t die… please…”

Potato, as an adult, has learned to hold back tears,
always conscious of how others might see her.
But Noah, who never hides his feelings, seems enviably free.

Even when he stubs his toe on the doorstep and bursts out in genuine anger,
Potato sees honesty and kindness in it —
and realizes he might actually be more of a grown-up than she is.
His emotions carry no excess, no pretense.

Potato loves that clumsiness.

Because she knows.
Behind all those ridiculous moments is the truly warm, tender Noah.

And once again, she finds herself falling for him,
smiling like a happy seal.
(While secretly stocking up on kitchen towels.)
