차량 이동부터 병원 내 동행까지 지원하며, 사전 예약제로 운영됩니다.

• 서울
  • 서울 거주자 (1인 가구 여부 상관 없음)
  • 거동이 불편하거나 병원 이동이 어려운 사람
• 경기
  • 경기도 거주자 (1인 가구 여부 상관 없음)
  • 고령자, 장애인, 임산부, 거동 불편자, 의료 취약계층

📌 신청 불가한 경우

1. 스스로 휠체어 착석이 불가하거나 화장실 이용이 전혀 불가능한 경우(혼자 변기 착석 불가 포함)
2. 콜센터·동행매니저·의료진·주변인에게 욕설·폭언 등 위협이 되는 경우
3. 의료 행위(간호·간병) 또는 화장실 보조가 반드시 필요한 경우

For those who find it difficult to go to the hospital alone for medical consultations, tests, or treatments, Seoul City and Gyeonggi Province offer a Hospital Companion Service.
The service includes transportation and in-hospital accompaniment, and operates on a reservation basis.

• Seoul
  • Residents of Seoul (regardless of whether they live alone)
  • People with mobility difficulties or trouble traveling to medical facilities
• Gyeonggi
  • Residents of Gyeonggi Province (regardless of household size)
  • Seniors, persons with disabilities, pregnant women, mobility-impaired individuals, and medically vulnerable groups

📌 When You Cannot Apply

1. Unable to transfer to a wheelchair independently or completely unable to use the toilet (including inability to sit on the toilet independently)
2. Verbal abuse, threats, or violence towards call center staff, companions, medical staff, or others
3. Requires medical care (nursing) or toilet assistance at all times
